Working with us
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Bangalore and work with businesses worldwide. Everything can be handled remotely, over email, WhatsApp and video calls.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit starts the project and the rest is split into milestones agreed in your proposal. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless your proposal states another currency, and any applicable taxes are added.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. Our reusable tools and frameworks stay ours, and third-party assets stay under their own licences.
Can you help after launch?
Yes. We can provide ongoing tech support, updates, SEO and social media after launch. If you prefer to run things yourself, we will hand everything over.

How long does a website take?
A focused business website typically takes about two weeks once your content is ready. Bigger sites take longer, and your written scope will state the timeline.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We review what works today, keep what is earning you traffic, and set up redirects so that you do not lose the rankings you already have.
Can you help if something breaks after launch?
Yes. Ongoing tech support is available, and it can be agreed up front or added whenever you need it.

How long until I see results?
Technical fixes can be picked up within weeks. Ranking for competitive searches usually takes several months, depending on your competition and your current site.
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s results. What we can commit to is clear work, honest reporting and a plan focused on the searches that bring you customers.
Do you do local SEO for one city?
Yes. For many local businesses, this is where the fastest wins are. We work on your Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and location-focused pages.
Will SEO work on my current website?
Often, yes. We will tell you honestly if your current site is the thing holding you back, and whether fixing it or rebuilding it makes more sense.

Which platforms do you manage?
We focus on the platforms where your customers actually spend time. For most businesses that means some mix of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We would rather do two channels well than five badly.
Will I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. You see the content plan in advance and can approve or change anything before it is published.
How soon will social media bring in customers?
Building an engaged audience takes consistency over months, not days. We will not promise overnight growth, and we never buy followers. We report on what is working and adjust the plan from there.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
Usually not. Where possible we connect what you already use. If a tool is causing the problem, we will explain why and recommend an alternative.
Will automation make us sound robotic?
It should not. We write messages in your voice and keep people involved wherever judgement or a personal touch matters.
